- Shaped holes for glass patterns can be of any configuration.
- All panels can be reinforced with steel core.
- DGU's and Aluminium panel designs are interchangeable.
The construction of the aluminium panel is as follows:
- Powder coated aluminium sheet 1mm.
- Interior core is MDF water resistant 22mm. or marine ply is optional.
- Extruded aluminium moulding.
- Levalock is the patented glazing system that enables you to remove the internal moulding.
Size
Customers can design their own panels of any size up to a maximum of 1400mm wide x 2500mm high with a maximum thickness 35mm.
Glass
We have our own glass design workshop which means that each individual piece of glass for every order is hand crafted by one of our highly skilled craftsmen. This allows us to not only offer you an authentic work of art but also one of the most extensive glass ranges in the industry.
